Human Performance, Behavioral Analysis, Mentorship, and the discipline of building a life with intention.

I'm fascinated by the way people move, think, buy, build, recover, compete, and change. My path has moved through sport, sales, international culture, mentorship, business development, health, and personal performance — and I'm still learning how all of those worlds connect.

This site is a simple home for what I'm thinking through, what I'm building, and the ideas that keep pulling my attention forward.

03 · point of view

I believe most things worth building require the same foundation: discipline, curiosity, communication, and the ability to stay in the work longer than most people are willing to.

Whether I'm studying the body, a business, a product, a market, or a person, I'm usually looking for the same thing — the underlying pattern. What makes it move? What makes it break? What makes it grow?

04 · mentorship

A major part of who I am is the belief that growth is not meant to stop with yourself. Through Big Brother/Little Brother mentorship, I get to invest in the next generation, listen, guide, encourage, and be present in the life of someone still forming their view of the world.

That matters to me because I know how much direction, discipline, and belief can change the path of a young person's life.
